Printing Process

Please send us inquiry with all the questions you want to know aobut us first. We will get back to you once we get your inquiry. We can discuss all the details for sample and order together by email, skype, whatsapp etc.. We will arrange the samples and bulk production for you once we receive your payment. Our QC will be responsible for all quality problem during the whole processing. We will take pictures for you before we send the samples or bulk production for you to confirm. The order will not end until you are satisfied with our service and production. 

What are the requirements for the artwork files i need to send? 

· 300 dpi resolution

· CMYK or Grayscale TIFF, EPS, PDF

· QuarkXpress, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop

· Postcript Type 1 fonts

What is a sample cost ?

One sample will cost you $40, shipping cost is about $35. Though our sample fee is not for free, it can be returned as long as your order qty is more than 100 pcs ( include 100 pcs) per design per style.
